Of these enterprises, 96.3k were micro-enterprises (45.6% more than the previous year), 18.9k were small enterprises (23.1% more than the previous year), 4.23k were medium-sized enterprises (10.7% more than the previous year), and 787 were large enterprises (15.1% more than the previous year).

According to enterprise sizes, in the period 2023 - 2024 the number of micro-enterprises registered an increase of 45.6%, small enterprises showed an increase of 23.1%, medium-sized enterprises had an increase of 10.7%, and large enterprises showed an increase of 15.1%.

In 2024, 1,519,438 people were employed in enterprises of the Manufacturing sector, of which 26.8% were Saudis and 73.2% non-Saudis.
Differentiating by gender, 1,354,005 employees were male, of which 19.1% were Saudis and 80.9% were non-Saudis. 165,433 employees were female, of which 89.9% were Saudis and 10.1% were non-Saudis.
